Collective impact

2025
An Akamai Foundation grant allowed Mamo Pracuj to host a new iteration of AI AKAdemy aimed at developing and disseminating digital competencies in AI. The program’s focus on the practical application of AI in the workplace had a remarkable impact on the 607 participants, on Mamo Pracuj mentors, and on the organization as a whole.

Already a leading voice in supporting women’s professional development, the 2025 AI AKAdemy reasserted the organization’s commitment to equipping women with the knowledge and confidence necessary to navigate the evolving digital landscape. On a national scale, the project positioned Mamo Pracuj at the forefront of conversations in Poland about how new technologies are shaping the future of work.

Mamo Pracuj delivered nearly 4,000 hours of support for women entering tech, offered 50+ online events and webinars, and held 26 in-person meetings, continuing to build a vibrant community both online and in person.

2024
Mamo Pracuj collaborated with Akamai Kraków to deliver the third “Let’s Do IT AKAdemy” program, a series of four online workshops led by Akamai experts, covering topics such as career building and essential competencies in the IT sector. After the workshops, participants were paired with mentors at Akamai who worked with them individually over the course of four months. In total, these pairs engaged in 174 mentoring sessions, providing personalized guidance and support.
